This commitment is reflected in our choice of delivery partners who share our vision and embrace sustainable and responsible logistics practices.

1. Delivery Times

Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times then vary depending on the destination country and peak periods. On average, delivery after shipment takes between 2 to 10 business days.

2. Shipping Rates and Partial Coverage

In most countries, a portion of the shipping fees is covered to make delivery more accessible to our customers.

The price displayed and paid by the customer, when their order is not eligible for free shipping, only reflects a fraction of the actual shipping cost.
For example, for deliveries in France, the actual shipping cost is €14.90, but the customer only pays €7.90. In some cases, when free delivery is offered, Hoca Design covers the entire shipping cost.

Only one delivery fee is charged per order, even though, in reality, shipping costs are often incurred for each item individually.

Example: For an order of five products shipped to France, the customer pays €7.90 (or €0 if free shipping is applied), but Hoca Design pays the carrier 5 × €14.90 = €74.50.

3. Shipping Origin

Hoca Design has adopted an optimized shipping model to reduce unnecessary travel and minimize ecological impact.

Products are shipped directly from the workshops or partner facilities, avoiding intermediate storage and superfluous transportation. This approach helps reduce travel distances and encourages the use of local carriers.

As part of this strategy, some packages may be shipped with a label in English or another foreign language. This does not affect product quality or order tracking in any way.

4. Delivery Delays and Potential Issues

We work with trusted delivery providers to ensure fast and efficient shipping. However, once packages are handed over to our partners, they assume full responsibility for delivery. Like you, we only have access to tracking information provided on the courier’s tracking platform and do not receive additional details.

Therefore, if your tracking status shows “delivered,” “signed,” or similar, and you claim not to have received your order, it is your responsibility to contact the delivery provider directly to resolve the issue. Of course, we will be available to assist you with your inquiries if needed.

Likewise, for returns, it is your responsibility to ensure the shipment is properly made. We encourage you to keep proof of shipment and inform us of any returns to help process your request efficiently.
