About Chromatic Aberration
Professional Photography: Our product images are taken by professional photographers to provide you with an accurate representation. However, please note that due to variations in display settings and screen brightness, slight color differences may occur between the photos and the actual product. It is important to understand that such chromatic aberrations are not considered a product quality issue. Any minor color variations, if present, are inherent to the photographic process and in no way affect the quality of the item you receive.
About Rug Size
Please allow for a possible variation of up to 8 cm in size and 2 cm in pile height due to manufacturing differences.
Rugs may be considered “non-compliant” only if they exceed the allowable tolerances or if there are stains that do not come out even after washing. Likewise, a product is deemed incorrect if the wrong reference or shape is delivered.
